Shipping & Returns
Freight Shipment Policy
The customer or recipient is responsible for inspecting the product for any damage upon receipt and noting any damage on the bill of lading. If there is any extreme damage (i.e. large scratches, broken pieces, missing parts, etc…), refuse shipment and inform our office right away at email@example.com and we will work on re-sending immediately.
If your product was damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, please email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org to get replacement information.
You may return any defective or freight-damaged KuL Designs products within 15 days of delivery. If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we will accept your return within 15 days, and we will apply a 50% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the responsibility of the customer. All return items must have original packaging and be in like new condition. We stand by our products – if your order arrives damaged or defective or you’d like to order replacement parts, we can help right away.
*Non-returnable Items- We cannot accept returns on custom, special order, or clearance/seconds or any products that have been misused, modified or are otherwise unable to be re-sold.
You may return any like new product for up to 15 days after delivery, by shipping it directly to us via UPS or FedEx.
Instructions for Returns
- Prepare Return Item: Ensure that the item you want to return has its original tags and packaging; and it has not been installed, used, or modified.
- Print Return Label: You can take your package to a UPS or FedEx location to create a return or use their websites.
- Relax: You will be refunded for the order total, minus restocking fee. Refunds will be credited to you within 72 hours after the item is received and inspected.
If you wish to return an item that was delivered via freight, please make sure to return via freight. We can help you set up a return and deduct the return shipping cost from the refund.
